"This is the perfect location to visit Malibu. The beachfront property and beach access is fabulous, definitely outweighs some oversights. Our biggest issue was when we arrived, the heat was on and the inside temp was 79 degrees while outside it was almost 90 degrees. We were slowly able to cool it down after 24 hours, but that was not the best way to start our stay. It has the makings of a great property, just needs some TLC and extra attention to small details (there was no salt and pepper, could use a nice freshening up, etc.) "

"Amazing property! The view is unbelievable! You basically get to stay on the ocean without being on a boat. Woke up to see an amazing sunrise with dolphins swimming. The waves come directly up to and under the house. The property was very clean and comfortable. Having all the little extra touches .. like ice in the freezer, shampoo and conditioner along with beach towels and extra blankets made everything feel so welcoming."
