"This property is in an excellent location. Walking distance to Rocket Mortgage Arena, Progressive Field, and The House Of Blues. The property has been renovated and is very clean. The only complaint that I have is $50 a day for parking is ridiculous. They need to change that "

"Was alright. A get what you pay for place. It was a place to sleep. I appreciated the sweet staff. Both day and night staff were professional and polite. Hotel was a little dingy, and not like pictured, but again you get what you pay for. The pot holes in the parking area were a little sketchy though . But outside of that was an okay stay."

"Perfect for a small reunion with several high school friends. House was clean and great for our needs. Had fantastic old Cleveland charm. After a small snafu with entry to the apartment (cold Cleveland days make for sticky locks, no fault of owner) we were all set. Owner even offered late check out for our troubles. House was cozy and toasty on a cold winter night!"
