Got the impression it was recently acquired, the signage was a banner, and the decor was looking like a work in progress. The price was very reasonable for the location. You don’t need a car. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Very clean.

The building is very old with wood beam floors that creak as other guest pass you by. However, I am a sound sleeper so that didn't bother me. The bathrooms are new/modern, the place is super clean, the staff is AMAZING, I enjoyed the breakfast very much, and the building is kept in great shape. The location is central to all of the activities that Central City has to offer.

Unfortunately, I got sick and we could not go. We called the Inn right away but they would not refund any money and they would not let anyone else who might need a room stay in the room we paid for. It is a shamfe that you have this policy. I am just recovering from an illness and we thought I couild travel - but could not. Too bad your policy is so harsh.

For an old building, this Quality Inn was on good repair and clean. Queen bed was comfortable. Bathroom was super small but clean. Shower only and small vanity /sink area. Window air conditioner worked well. Breakfast was well furnished and nicely presented. Staff was very nice and helpful. Nice location. Walkable to historic district or use public transportation. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

This place is consistently functional. The place is comfortable and has all that you need. The staff are friendly. The fridge could be vented better; otherwise, Quality Inn is my preferred stay in Philadelphia (Philly).

This property is clean and the staff were nice. The elevator is tiny and the shower takes a while to heat up, but I’d definitely stay here again for the price and the area. CVS and Starbucks are across the street and Wawa was a few blocks away.

8/12/24. it is my second stay in 2 months, and I have the same clean comfortable room. Friendly staff and free breakfast. Great downtown location,2 blocks from Market, Reading Terminal Market on 12th, Macy's on 13th, Nordstroms on 16th, and Target on 19th. let's not forget the historical sights!

Great Service Except Internet
It was a small and compact but great hotel. Things were fine and we enjoyed everything except the internet service. The wifi signal was very weak and web pages were not loading. I had to use my phone's data for tethering to get connected.

The electric outlet was connected to the light switch. And I couldn't charge my phone over night with the light on. So I had to charge it in the bath room. Other than that the room was nice and the attendant was very cutious.
