We really enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Regency Phoenix, we went while there was two conferences happening so the hotel was incredibly busy and waiting for the elevator was common but no big deal. I appreciated that you can’t access hotel room floors without your room key card. It felt very safe. The hotel is clean and nice, the lobby is grand with lots of spaces to just sit and relax while waiting for others. The breakfast restaurant had enough options and moved quickly as well and with the availability of quick grab and go items it was the perfect place to stop in the morning before heading out! I think the bathrooms in the rooms could use updating, the sliding barn door with a gap as a bathroom door was not my favourite but it wouldn’t deter me from staying there again if I was with my husband, but if I were travelling with friends I may choose someplace else. It is a clean, well managed hotel with very friendly front desk staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Pros:*close enough to Chase Field Cons: *bathtub slow drain causing 4-5" of water in the tub while showering *chipped furniture *flat pillows *no value for the money we spent here *no towels at the very small pool. Asked staff for some towels, told they will bring them and to go ahead and get in the pool.NEVER CAME BACK WITH TOWELS. WE WAITED IN THE POOL FOR AN HOUR AND HALF! They never brought towels. Had to freeze upon walking to our room. *rude valet *sticky bathroom tiles *after a shower the bathroom smelled like a boys locker room *upon check-out we were never asked if we enjoyed our stay. I did bring our grievences to the staff and they were ignored WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN

Very nice, very convenient. Some smoke/fire/emergency alarm went off like at 1AM and we had to take the emergency stairs from the 15th floor after we witnessed the dbacks get destroyed and Peso Pluma blow Footprint Center up. Everybody was trying to help but no one knew what to do. Very nice though after everything nobody was hurt

Checked in after midnight. Told to take the back elevator to 20 floor. Unpacked to leave to stroll downtown & the elate broke. We are stuck on floor 20. Called front desk- no answer.
