Parking is a pain, anywhere in downtown Phoenix. Be prepared to spend $30 a day. Also, no in room fridges, microwaves or coffee pots. Aside from that, the rooms are within walking distance of Chase field, and the staff is friendly. Restaurants on site are delicious, but you pay for it. There is a coffee bar downstairs in the morning. Eden Bar is pretty awesome when the sun is shining.

The first day we checked in, I called the front desk 4 times about the room temperature thats was consistently over 76 degrees and would not go down after numerous times attempting to do so. The information we received regarding parking was also false and we were not able to validate our parking with the hotel and to pay for a parking garage in and out for the whole time we stayed.

Everyone was very friendly. They offered to keep our luggage for free before we could check in as we were headed to the baseball game. Fun restaurants and speak easies nearby… walking distance. We live in Phoenix and very much enjoyed the downtown atmosphere!

Nice hotel uncomfortable bed
The hotel is very nice and close to Chase Field. The employees were super nice and helpful. The pool is really nice but not very big. My only complaint is the bed was hard and uncomfortable, and the pillows were small and flat.
