Hailey at the front desk was very kind and accommodating. The only issue we encountered was that the floor in our room appeared to have been missed during mopping, resulting in some unclean areas.

This was the worst experience of a hotel that I had ever had. First of all the lady who checked me in was in attentive and all over the place. It is nighttime and I am trying to check in with my family and my bags. I am charged this random amount of $78.26 for my deposit. I asked specifically why it was an autumn amount. I was not given any information regarding a safe fee, I was told that it was a red roof in policy and then I would get my full deposit back. When I get to the room, the first thing I noticed is is a TV is not working, I pulled back to make sure it was plugged in before I bothered anybody, and in fact, it was not plugged in, but the plug-in was broken and super ghetto. In fact, it was so broken that you could not have your refrigerator, your microwave and your TV plugged in at the same time. So I opted to unplugged the microwave so I could watch TV. There is a missing do not disturb sign, and I noticed that my room was a little bit uncleanly. So I called down to speak to the front desk staff and I am informed that the beds are freshly made however they do not clean the hotel except for Mondays and Thursdays. I asked if there was a Cleaner place and was informed that this was my room option. I went to bed, hoping and praying that the bed was really made fresh. The next morning I woke up and I looked down beside the bed, and as you could see in the picture, there was a clump of hair, not mine and someone else’s ponytail. I began to look around in the room, and

In the elevator area on the 4th floor no matter the time of day it smelled like urine. But upon arrival, they charged me $28.14 for early checkin at 2:45pm, then charged me $81.50 for deposit that the clerk said I would get back, then I was charged $153.30 and the rooms were supposed to be $60 on Expedia site where I reserved the room. And on Sunday the day of checkout they gave me back my deposit but only $40.34!!! Why didn’t I get my full deposit? I felt I was overcharged if I knew this was going to happen I wouldn’t have went to red roof or not use the Expedia site. And I’m not one to really complain but I’m sure I’m not the only one but something needs to be done about this. I’m not rich! Our intentions were good , my kids wanted to see their older brother that moved there last year one last time before school starts and we were going to do a bit of shopping but for some reason red roof felt they needed to charge my card 3 times for 3 different transactions whereas two transactions were not even in my budget! I was taken advantage of when I was cuz already broke! So I’m not a happy camper! There wasn’t even a fridge or a microwave!! At least a microwave!!! I’ve never had a room without a microwave!! Not even the slummy hotels I’ve stayed in before. So never again for red roof! Sorry about the rant but Expedia does do business with them so therefore need to know how it is there management and cleanliness! Poor in both areas.

Well was trying to get some accommodation because i was am an amputee..and since that red hair front desk lady was not only being rude to me but also some spanish speaking family ahead of me was getting dirty looks and attitude. I wasn't greeted i just given a rolled eyes.
