What a rat hole !!!!!

My man and I were trying to get away for a night and he left me there because of the hotel conditions. Saying he wasn't going to stay in this rat hole. No TV to watch, cable cut. No hot water to take a shower. Bathroom door was badly damaged. Numerous other damages throughout the room. I thought to myself dam this place can't have many maintenance people or they just don't give a dam about the property. Anyway I had to call a taxi and go to my friend's house for the night. What a big waste of money and time. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. The only good thing to say about this place was the front desk clerk and security guard were both very friendly and polite.

Properties are in terrible condition. They are filled with bugs, doors do not close and holes are in the walls. Neighborhood is also very unsafe.

Would not stay here EVER in life again!!! Didn’t see any bugs but the rooms was just DISRESPECTFUL!!! First room had poop in the toilet, a dust pan in the bathtub, no covers, stains on the sheets, & the tv was ripped off the wall!! The second room wasn’t much better except it was decent enough to lay down in. This room at least had a tv. Paid for 2 beds and only got one which was a pain because there were 4 of us. We made the best of it that night and left the next morning

Filthy, you should be ashamed!

This place gave me a dirty room to start off with. Had no hot water. I took a cold Shower. Was invited by the roaches and to see the sheets had makeup, lipstick to be exact on the sheets and holes in the walls. Nothing pretty about this place… I won’t post pictures because I don’t want to embarrass them with any more other than words.

Nasty!!!!!

I paid for two queen beds but was given a room with one bed and they refused to.give me an extra pillow or blanket to accommodate. There was no door on my bathroom and the toilete kept running. There was also no tv and they said they didnt have one to put in my room. I asked for towels and was given one small towel and told they were out of towels. There was cockroaches everywhere.

Rooms are in the process of being renovated (I think), but they are still renting rooms that look like they were homeless housing (which we received). The list of problems is so great I will just say we asked for and received a full refund and went up the street to a competitor. Office staff was friendly, but rooms… absolutely no excuses are acceptable for their condition. If you choose to stay here, check out the room prior to moving anything from your car into the room. Good luck!
