Roon was smaller than picture led to believe. One partial roll of toilet paper shelving was dusty heat was very hard to adjust to a comfortable level web site showed it as a lot better than it was in reality will not stay there again

This was an amazing hotel!!!
This hotel is a MUST STAY if you're in Pigeon Forge! The hotel staff goes out of their way to accommodate everyone and they are all so friendly. The room itself was UNBELIEVABLY clean, spacious and modern. The breakfast was one of the best I've had including those at far more expensive hotels. The only drawback is there is no pool, which is not a problem if you're there at a time that isn't pool season. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

Great bed and shower and breakfast
After a long drive, a long day at Dollywood, I really enjoyed the comfortable bed and amazing shower! The next morning the breakfast was incredible and the workers taking care of the breakfast area did a great job making sure the food was fresh and replenished as needed. I will stay here again if I'm in the area.

I’m pretty sure that the hotel was doing updates but did a very poor job at the updates. Our bathroom had grout all over the floor. There was black mold in the shower. There was leftover crumbs and make up utensils and balls under the bed under the chairs behind everything, it was just a hot mess of a room, our Wi-Fi didn’t work 99% of the time at the hotel we cannot connect our phones or our tablets to their Wi-Fi at all.

We have stayed here before and had a fine experience. This time was completely different. First off, we paid for two queen beds and were given two full size. Not a huge deal other than the fact we have a toddler so the bed needs to be big enough for us to all fit. My husband and I had to sleep separately because when we asked the front desk if there were queens available he told us those were queens. They absolutely weren’t and he didn’t even ask for our room number to check. Then my daughter found a maggot in the floor… yes. A maggot. We took it to the front desk in a plastic bag to speak to a manger and he wasn’t there. Tired again when he was supposed to be in and not there. The girl up front took our information and said she’d pass it along. She was kind. I even Sent a message to the property, no response. I’ve still not gotten any response and that is absurd. I have tried to be kind, patient and understanding but at this point I am extremely frustrated and went ahead and decided to leave a review. I told them it wasn’t my intention to leave bad feedback but absolutely no effort has been made to make it right or even an apology at that. The lady working the breakfast room was a sweetheart and we really loved getting to see her in the mornings!

Rooms were newly remodeled with comfortable beds and breakfast was good just enough to get the day started. Convenient to get in and out to parkway and would stay again if we are in the area. They don't clean rooms if you are staying more than one night and have to ask for new towels.

Looked like a man had shaved his beard and the hair was all over the floor. Only had one towel and no washcloths upon check in, had to run down a cleaning lady to get some . The countertop by the sink had what looked like coffe maybe spilled on it

Pretty good stay
Room was clean and looked to be in good condition, breakfast was wonderful, the room cleaning service had a few hiccups, had to go ask for towels toilet paper and wash cloths several times, last 2 days they seemed to get it together, can’t say enough about the breakfast area, super clean and well stocked and the lady working it was superb

The room was clean and had nice pillows. That’s all I can muster for a list of positives. This was the noisiest place I’ve ever stayed. There is a fire station nearby and a shocking number of local fires occurred during our stay according to the number of times we were awakened during the night. The breakfast has very limited seating and is located in a couple converted hotel rooms. Very awkward. The elevator was not clean. Not sure if they are remodeling or what, but we were miserable with our stay. The ONLY thing that kept us from leaving was the cleanliness of the room. The shower door only opened on one side and there’s no way to turn on the water from standing outside the shower, which made the user stand in cold water.

The beds were very comfortable the room was clean i loved the shower we had a handicap accessible room. They had several option for the breakfast that was nice to see. Everyone we spoke with was very pleasant nice and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.
