"Rooms were nice and tidy, very clean, pillows could have a little more attention, some of the front desk were very nice and the some were not. However, I won’t let that detour me from staying again, because overall my stay was good."

"This was a last minute trip. I was impressed with this hotel. Not only was the atmosphere amazing but the customer service and accommodations were great. I had the prime rib at the Falcon Restaurant and it was pretty good but I didn't care for the garlic mashed potatoes. I was impressed with the free breakfast having an omelet bar and a wide variety of food. I would go back to The Academy Hotel. I'd rather give my money to a local hotel instead of a chain. "

"I was coming to see my brother, that has brain cancer and he had taken a turn and I needed to come out a day early. The staff at the hotel was beyond amazing, accommodating and absolutely majestic. I’m a Director of Retail Operations and I am a stickler for Customer Service & the staff here was top notch! Preparing to book another trip out and already planning on staying here again this trip.
