Poor service. No one at the desk to check in or out… had to call from courtesy phone to get ahold of anyone at check out. Asked for extra pillow/ bedding for couch, and they Had no extra pillow and provided two of the thin bed spread covers- no sheets.

It's a 2 star hotel trying its best. Sure, there are outdated cabinets, but it was clean. The halls and rooms smell musty, but they tried their best to mask it. My door latch was missing from my door, and we didn't have any bedding for our pull out bed, but it was fine. The "free breakfast" was an off brand muffin, which was a little disappointing. It was an affordable option for my family, and it met out expectations.

Had to make a business trip to the area, the price was great and everything was well kept. People were helpful, no view, but I knew that coming and I was 100% fine with that.

Best Secret by the Airport
The room was more like a small apartment than a hotel room. Very spacious, and a full kitchen was an awesome touch. And several members of the staff went out of their way to help me one way or another. It was very appreciated. I stay at a lot of hotels, and that Extended Stay is my favorite in the area.

Property smells horrible. Room was dirty. Room very wea very hot had to turn on AC and open window in March to cool off room. This property we as very much like a housing project with long term residents. Very loud all night. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Both when checking in and checking out there was no one at the desk for a few minutes until we called out hello and knocking on the door. The whole hotel had a weird smell to it, almost like Indian food. Overall it wasnt too bad
