Breakfast was nice with plenty of options. Pool is nice to use, but could use updating. Fitness room is real nice. Sometimes elevators are left open, but they are supposed to be room key accessible for guests only. Doesn't help with safety concerns in todays world. Staff was very nice and courteous.

Older hotel with dark and old furniture. Only ice machine is on 6th floor. Lots of bugs outside and some were coming in. A bar is next to it and so you get some folks loitering. Breakfast was pretty good!

Made reservations through Expedia. $150/night. Upon arrival front desk wanted to charge $273. Lola at front desk was extremely kind and honored my quote from Expedia. Now I have a charge of $130 + $178 for guest room??? I had no such thing. Cannot reach front desk to get this corrected. Extremely unhappy.

Breakfast was excellent, nice to have a variety over the days we stayed. Parking lot was well lit, although there weren’t many spaces; this was listed as such in the description though so I knew what to expect. Fitness facility was impressive, and open 24 hours. Staff were friendly and efficient. Grime in the shower and ventilation ducts, which was a bummer. Some residue on the lower half of the bed were concerning. Overall mid experience, would probably not return, as hotel quality did not reflect nightly fee.

Location was great, not far from Interstates and PNC Park. We enjoyed the quiet and the convenience. On the negative side, we were surprised to find that the bathroom had no bar soap or toilet brush and the toilet tissue was flimsy.

So-so

We stayed in a suite for 3 nights. Never once did housekeeping change towels or empty trash. I asked housekeeping (in the hall) for clean, dry towels and later went down to pool and got additional towels. We used the pull out sofa and no top sheet. I noticed black mold at base of shower stall. There were obvious dried food stains on chairs. Housekeeping did not speak English so questions are extremely limited. I have stayed there many times but haven’t had any cleanliness issues. The desk staff was helpful and the breakfast staff were very nice. The hotel is older and is updated. Just wish the place was cleaner.
