People and location are great. Rooms are just ok. Shower heads are terrible. Whatever happened to the wonderful Speakman shower heads? Breakfast was…there. Staff did a great job keeping common areas clean and neat. Furniture in rooms is low quality and not comfortable, some in disrepair. Also, please join the 2020s and put some USB ports in the rooms. Grout in the shower was moldy. I give this property a strong, “It was okayyy, if overpriced.”

Some outlets in the room does not work, the dishes in the dishwasher are dirty and still dirty after I ran the dishwasher. The furniture are not well maintained, an inner side board hides the electrical for the dining table does not attach to the table and half hanging. For the make up table in the bathroom, one leg is missing the metal cover The black out curtains in the living room does not come down making it difficult for guest to sleep in the sofa bed. Breakfast staff are very nice and the food are good.

I got there at 1 a little early for check in at 3 so they told me the room was not done which was alright because i was early, the lady took my number and said the room is almost done that they would call me when its finished. That was great i thought. Well 2 hours later and seeing several other people get there room i decided to ask about my room and i had asked the different lady at the desk about if my room was finished because i had been waiting 2 hours. The manager just happened to walk by and apologize saying our room has been done for awhile and not going to charge us for parking for the weekend. Very nice after the waiting. Thank you

Great breakfast. Had long medical appt within walking distance of hotel on check out day..staff was very accomodating in allowing us to leave our car in the hotel parking beyond the normal 12noon check out and retrieve when finished.

Terrible front desk experience with “Malvin” the night I arrived. Svetlana however made up for it by giving me a quieter room on the top floor. No one told me I had to request room service. At over $300 x night, you would think it’s done….

Hotel is in a decent area. Room was average. Shower was built in a way that caused water to be all over the floor. Breakfast was below average. Biggest issue was the fact that i requested my room to be serviced daily and that didnt hapoen despite asking 3 separate times.
