This is a lovely hotel and is always a pleasure to visit. Our dog also appreciates the friendly staff and all the attention he gets. I highly recommend it.

Charming hotel in the heart of Montreal. They made parking our car very easy (valet). The room was large, clean, and surprisingly quiet! Staff were very accommodating. Breakfast was good and complete with protein! Special note, Robert (staff)was so attentive. Highly recommend!

Great location, charming.
Very charming property. If you have trouble climbing stairs this place is not for you. Comfy beds, shower was great, clean room with the exception of very filthy carpet in our room. Left our outdoor shoes on the entire stay. ( saw a previous review sometime ago same problem-not addressed) breakfast was lovely, staff friendly and attentive and helpful. We would stay again!

I was disappointed with the room in which we stayed, which was in the basement. It had several issues: the bathtub did not drain properly; the closet would not close; there was not enough soundproofing, as we could hear footsteps and noises from people. And the worst part was that we could not sleep because the air conditioning system did not work. These issues prompted me to call the front desk. Fortunately, Foyad (the front desk man) was very apologetic and kind enough to upgrade us to a suite room in the middle of the night. Breakfast was fantastic!

This is a beautiful building, with excellent staff. We loved everything about our stay;except the toilet. It was in an old and small bathroom,which wasn't the problem. It was very low and hard to get up. I would recommend putting in higher toilets with hand rails.
