Nice clean place, Great area!
Loved it! Traveling for a concert and was a perfect spot off the highway and not too far out of pittsburgh, but still not right in the city which was so nice! Lots of food and shopping around as well!

Stayed at this amazing hotel for 11 days/10 nights and have zero complaints! To be honest, I was a little skeptical about staying here after reading some of the reviews but decided to book anyways and I’m so glad I did! You can’t beat the price point for the quality and staff. Located behind Kohl’s and Hobby Lobby but I actually loved the location because it was quiet and away from traffic. Minutes to get into I 376. Conveniently located near Wal-Mart, Target, multiple shopping centers, Robinson Mall and TONS of restaurants. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely be staying here in the future! Shoutout (but not limited to) Anthony, Nalica, Dustin and Jessica. I wish I got everyone else’s name but the staff was so friendly and truly made our vacation so much more special!

This Hyatt does not live up to the Brand
I stayed here because of the Hyatt brand. They usually have a great reputation. This hotel was subpar. It lacked a modern feel and cleanliness. It is likely a private person that bought into the brand but they are not doing Justice to the Hyatt brand name

Our room was not very clean. There was still toothpaste in the sink from the previous guests, ring marks from a glass on nightstands, carpet was dirty. For a Hyatt Place the room could have been cleaner. Would also recommend updating the property compared to past Hyatt Places we have stayed.

Because of the huricane, I could not travel to Pittsburgh. I tried to cancel the reservation on Travelocity, and the auto message came up that I would not receive a refund because the hotel would not allow. I called the hotel directly and they said that they would refund me because of a natural disaster reason, but travelocity needs to contact them for this refund. I can't find any phone number to call travelocity. Please refund me for this room that I could not use.

Hotel was in a good location staff was wonderful it could use a little renovation we did use the pool not the best it needs some TLC but we had a good time it was clean housekeeping wasn't the greatest they did go and put clean towels but bed wasn't made the breakfast was good will definitely will be back no doubt the staff just makes up for all the wrong things they are amazing
