I loved the service! They went above and beyond, and we're very attentive. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. In the room, everything was fine, but the very bottom drawer in the bureau wouldn't open. That wasn't a problem for us but thought we should let you know. It was a great stay

First and foremost, after we got our keys and got to our room, we opened the door and immediate cigarette smoke smell. It was already after 10pm so we decided to wait until the next day to confront the staff. They said they would give us a new room, never did, even after we confronted them, twice. Nothing was cleaned at all. 10/10 will never return here. The staff is not even close to friendly, totally rude when you ask the simplest question. Do not waste your money here.

Decent lil cheap spot to stay at for the game! Especially since we booked last minute. The bed was comfy. The people were nice. Could have been a lil cleaner but it wasn't awful. To be expected for a 3 star hotel. Id stay here again!!!
