It’s about 15 minutes from town… but it’s very nice. You have the beach on one side and the jungle across on the other side.

Spacious, clean rooms and very friendly and accommodating staff. My issue was that I wanted a room with ocean view, got a forest view instead. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.

This property is in need of a desperate renovation from discolored chairs, broken faucet, old and nasty looking shower head, to mold in the ceiling. Even though the manager did try is best to make us happy for a Westin this was just horrible. These owner need to get it together because they wouldn’t stay there under those conditions.

Property is a little worn and pretty gar from Panama City. Restaurants are overpriced and the food is bland. Staff is super friendly and welcoming. Edgar, at the front desk, was exceptional.

Really nice place with a great beach and many pool options. I didn't like the gym; I've had better gyms on a cruise ship. With all the space, they could have put in a better gym with updated equipment.

The property itself is really cool, a hotel on the beach. Really nice. The onlyknock on this hotel was that there was low tide in the morning that affected the beach in the area.

Although the property could use an update (beds, flooring, showers the big beach chair for pictures is broken), the staff was pleasant and made me feel welcome! The food I tried was ok. The tour company Panamazing was awesome. Overall, a nice stay!

If your use to all inclusive like RIU, Dreams, or Hyatt this is not the place for you. It’s nothing like an all inclusive. Only 1 choice for breakfast sometimes dinner as well, room service not included in the all inclusive package. And most staff is not friendly.
