Amazing service. I felt incredibly safe and valued as a customer staying here. $50 for valet parking but worth it for the safety of our vehicle. The history alone of the hotel is worth the stay.

Nice stay
Excellent location, the restaurant’s food was good, and very friendly staff. I just didn’t get the boutique vibe and the bathroom was tiny. Overall I’m not disappointed and would stay again.

I'm glad i finally got the opportunity to stay at The Benson. The interior is truely lovely. The bed was very comfortable. The staff at reception and dining area were personable and helpful.

We wanted a more remarkable experience here. The lobby is nice, beds were comfortable and the room clean, yet it was not an upscale inner-city experience. The breakfast was a let down as well, with an over-cooked omelette and coffee that tastes like stale instant.

Staff were very good. Room was tired and specially the carpet in front of the minibar was stained and dirty. No view, a huge concrete wall on an adjacent building blocked any sight line. While we did not feel unsafe, there is significant homelessness in the area.
