Hotel was not available for check in at time of arrival for our double room suit or an hour later or another hour later. We were late for a very important party. Changed in the hallway in a corner with 1 child and a baby, no soap or shampoo in our room, nothing was complimented or assisted to make it a better stay. I wish hey would see that something happened on their end and would have tried to fix it but they didn’t.

The staff were friendly and helpful. I appreciate the extension on our parking pass. There should be security present in the lobby. There were people camped out in a nook by the entrance. There were people camped out in the parking garage. And there was a person having a mental health crisis in the lobby. Not very safe or inviting. I reserved a room for 3 people. There wasn't enough towels, shampoo or coffee. The chair and carpet in the room are stained.
