Nice experience
The hotel was located conveniently. We were up graded to a king bed over 2 queens which was a pleasant surprise. The only situation was that I pre-purchased breakfasts but the restaurant was closed due to air conditioning problem. The manager handled it perfectly and refunded my money. The next day they were open and we had a lovely breakfast. We were told renovations were on lower level but we heard no noise. Beds were very comfy. Only complaint was weak water pressure in shower. There was a baseball tournament of young kids but they were all well behaved. I would recommend this hotel.

Its everything was good, just when i turned on the shower all i could smell was mold for 5-10mim which i had to wait for it to go away bc i have allergies to all mold aside from the the lady who checked me in was amazing and very friendly there is alot of places to eat close by i didnt get to try the restaurant in the hotel bc i got there late and left really early and when i checked out the guy who checked me out was amazing as well

The rooms were big and very clean. Front desk was polite and fast. Close to restaurants and Timmies (2 min drive). Parking was free and easy. Close to the 401 exit. Great for us as we were there for a concert and just needed a quick in and out.

The staff was especially welcoming. Every staff member we encountered was well spoken and polite. They receive a 5-star rating in my opinion.. I specifically picked Holiday Inn Suites because I had previously stayed in a Holiday Inn Express in Kingston about 5-6 weeks ago and it was a beautiful hotel. In the photos advertising this hotel in London, it looked similar to its sister hotel in Kingston. Newer, cleaner and crisp. This was not the case. This is an older hotel going through renovations. I was given a room on the newly renovated floor. The door to the room kept sticking, as if the key pad and lock were not aligned properly when trying to open the door. The bathroom door handle was not properly installed. I let the front desk and maintenance know my concern as I did not want to be held accountable if the door handle suddenly broke off. Maintenance was called to come take a look. I was told that fixing the door handle would have to wait as it would take about an hour to take off the handle and put it back together on the door properly. The door frame had paint chipping off of it, as if it needed to be painted. The pool was dirty. I did not dunk more than my feet in it. The water was greenish in colour. There were things floating in it. The next day, the pool was out of order as it needed to be cleaned and chemicals be added. I specifically made sure the hotel I picked had a pool and we could not utilize it. I am still very disappointed about this.
