Super nice staff, lots of entertainment provided by hotel, security is always around, plenty of delicious variable food, few minutes walking to the beach. We fell in love with this place and looking forward to come back. Thank you all, guys ❤️

Unfortunately my stay was underwhelming. I booked a superior room for my birthday and upon checking into the room I was dissatisfied. We asked for an upgrade immediately and offered to pay but the receptionist (Joanna) said there were no rooms which a few days later the other receptionists said was not true. Our assigned room was not soundproof (it was beside the entertainment which was very loud in the room). The shower did not drain which we reported three times to the front desk and no one came to fix. The electrical sockets in the room stopped working on the second day so we had to charge our devices outside the rooms to continue using them. This was reported multiple times and no one came. The bed was extremely hard. The AC did not cool the room and it stayed hot. On my birthday, i visited the reception area again close to tears and another receptionist (Earnesto) changed our rooms and told us many other superior rooms were available. To compensate he offered a birthday cake (I did not get it) and promised to speak to the manager to compensate (they still have not gotten back to me). I have gotten nothing for my horrible experience. The new room had none if the issues above and looks like what was advertised on the website unlike the initial assigned room. I am not sure why they lied about availability but I would not recommend.

Lo único que me hizo sobrellevar la estadía es que no tenía donde más quedarme, si no hubiese sido por el personal del hotel pues todo hubiese sido aún más fatal, la comida limitara y demás pero bueno se entiende por el precio y no se puede comparar un 3 estrellas con un 5 estrellas, pero al menos las habitaciones si deberían estar en mejores condiciones, en las dos que me tocaron habían filtración en los baños…

Was not Impressed with this hotel. Although staff was friendly and pleasant and food was decent, it was not at all as portrayed on the website. Not direct access to beach like they said - it’s a walk through their sister hotel, close by but still not ‘direct’ and not that many chairs setup in our area of beach. We had bugs in our bed. Housekeeper said they spray once a week. We had to buy our own bug repellent spray for the room thats how many bugs there were. We all got very sick within 2 days of landing. We wanted warm shower, but it was really cold salty shower water not even lukewarm. When we go complain they send maintenance man and he just tells us to keep water running for 5minutes. We did and didn’t work for us at all. He did it 2 different days for us and showed us warm water coming and when he left right away cold water again. Also the shower did not drain at all even though we kept letting them know. Plus the water in the shower/sink was very salty.we used bottle water to brush our teeth it was that gross. I got a rash on my whole body with this salty water. If you ask for help no one knew basic English to help us out. Also - every single day we did some sort of maintenance to the toilet ourselves. Either the flusher was unhooked and even broke one day. One day chain was so loose it kept running water. There was also a bad sewage smell constantly outside the hotel. I would come to Dominican again - but not this hotel.

It was beautiful. The swimming pools were good. Te beach water was too contaminated with see weed.. The bars were OK for the price. The service in the restaurants was very bad and slow. Not enough dishes nor cutlery limited the efficiency of the restaurant. However, the food was good.

Food was very poor, we were out of energy for about 3 hours while sleeping. We were sweating like crazy and had to open all the windows. My wife asked for margarita, there wasn't, she asked for piña colada, there wasn't, in the morning during breakfast we asked for hot chocolate, there wasn't. That was horrible. I need to talk to a supervisor because that didn't worth the money that we paid for. I do all my reservations with Expedia I never had a problem before but now this is unacceptable.

It is close to the beach, food was average, wifi kept disconnecting, bathroom door lock is broken, toilet doesn't flush properly until I figured out I had to flush twice. The water was disconnected from the room 2 hrs before I had to checked out coming back from the beach at 10 a.m no water to shower or use the toilet. I asked at the front desk and the lady pretend not to understand but she could understand every thing else that I was saying.

Please change the water filter, it tasted like salt in the bathroom as it came out of the sea. The room I was give had a leaking ceiling and it was leaking out of the bathroom too so they switched to another one.

This place only spoke Spanish and barely had anyone who could understand English. The food was horrible, staff were slow and didn’t help much. The pool and beach were definitely nice plus the shows. There was a cockroach the size of a mouse in dinning room and when told and pointed at they just walked away. Not a very nice place unless you speak Spanish and like watered down drinks.

We had a good stay at this resort. There are a few disappointments down. The first day we had a phone charges stolen. That dining options are very few and not as good. Other than that we liked it.

Nada que ver , el buffet muy poca variedad tanto como en el desayuno , comida y cena , las piscina muy pequeñas nada que ver para estar ubicado en punta cana , lo unico bueno fue el personal muy servicial y agradables .
