Great location and comfortable room. Room was on first floor about the restaurant, but that's what you get with hotels dot com. Otherwise, really nice hotel.

Property was clean and the staff were extremely helpful. Breakfast was good but there are better options around town. If we were to visit Queenstown again it would definitely be one of our options as its location is perfect for access to the town.

Great location in the center of the Queenstown. With views to the Wakatipu Lake. Very good service from the staff. It is an expensive accommodation especially during the Christmas and New year's festivities. The hotel's restaurant food needs improvement, especially the pizzas. Overall, a very good experience.

Average..and that’s being kind

5 stars for the view and location. That’s it. For what you pay and they call this a 5 star hotel, it’s pretty average and showing its age. The rooms when you look closer need a renovation. Pillows are rubbish. The fridge didn’t even close properly. The balcony is fantastic for the view but when it rains it’s useless as no cover. And it’s dirty and needs a good clean. And I wouldn’t give a good rating for the reception we received. Felt like I was doing them a favour being there. Breakfast ain’t great either….worst omelette ever. All in all this was supposed to be a fantastic end to 3 weeks in NZ….I wouldn’t stay here again. The hotel should do itself a favour and see what Crown Towers in Perth does for the same cost.

Service and lobby and restaurant are all fantastic. Views from lake view rooms are spectacular. Rooms are good - need a refresh but not overly detractive from all the other fantastic aspects! We will be back. Great time and stay.
