"One of the best properties I’ve stayed at! Such a beautiful location surrounded by plants and beautiful birds. The hosts are so nice and responsive and will help with anything. If you want a quiet experience with privacy this is the place to pick. Only a 10 min walk to downtown but be ready for some hills! 5 stars! Gracias!!"

"Beautiful house, fantastic, convenient, but quiet location, with a lovely property manager who helped us with beach and restaurant recommendations as well as extra basics and emergency washing despite it being New Years holiday. Cristian took this place from good to great and would give him 6 stars if I could! Two things to note—1) the road to the house is washed out and you need 4WD to park inside the gate, and 2) in the winter, the sun is angled so it doesn’t shine on the pool (my very light skinned husband like this, but I did not).We are hoping to visit again!"

"beautiful rooms overlooking ocean. Staff very nice and helpful. Is not a 24 hr desk so if there is an issue at night, can be a problem. Noise from other rooms can be loud at times. That said, great place to stay near the beach."
