The pools were clean, lots of activities and again great recreation staff. The food was high quality, as always recommend eating the local dishes, the traditional breakfast so so good, fresh masa quesadillas were to die for."

"My family and I stayed at the Hyatt Ziva for a couple of days before heading to our timeshare property in Nuevo Vallarta. When we arrived at our timeshare, we found ourselves reminiscing about our wonderful stay at the Hyatt. The view from our room was stunning, and we loved how close the beach was. We could hear the waves crashing and enjoyed watching them roll in. We were also lucky enough to see whales when we first arrived, which was an absolute treat! The food at the hotel was fantastic, the staff was incredibly friendly, and our room was spotless. We will definitely be staying at this property again. Next time, we’ll stay longer and make sure to try the spa."
