"Room had what we needed. We needed refrigeration for some food we bought and talked to front desk. They said they could send us a mini frig and did with 10 minutes. Front desk was also helpful with directions to L. It’s close to them all. "

"Great hotel by the river and MIchigan St. Location was excellent for shopping and walking to great restaurant. The hotel/rooms were clean and well upkeeped. The female worker at the reception was excellent, very helpful. My truck didn’t fit at the parking garage provided by the hotel and she gave me a lot of suggestions of where else i can park and refunded the parking we had already paid with them. Will decently come back!"
