I learned everything I needed to about how tight of a ship they run when I left my laptop in the safe. I noticed 2 hours down the road and called immediately. I talked to 2 people, not 20, no I can’t help you’s, just 2 people. I was connected to housekeeping immediately and she told me she was looking at my computer right then and she would have it waiting at the front desk. When I picked it up I tried to tip the front desk guy who immediately refused and simply said I’m just doing my job. You can give me stars online which I will definitely be doing.

The hotel it's pretty big, there is a startbucks inside, the rooms are kind old design, but overall it has everything you need if you are staying just few nights, free parking lot.

GSR was having a Trump rally but neglected to let their guests that were checking in know. There was no parking, you couldn’t drive to the front of the hotel to check in, you couldn’t get to valet parking…it was poorly managed. It was obvious that the GSR did not care about their paying guests. It was the worst hotel stay I have ever experienced.

The room was Vista 1937 right next to employer maid service. (Employee only service) . I heard rolling on hard floor on and off all night, every 3 minutes. Our room was also next to elevators. I felt vibration through my pillow. heard the elevator coils /pulley levers were below or under that 19th floor (bottom floor) I had house machine and it barely helped. Disrupted our sleep all night.

Had a great experience—did not appreciate the multiple holds on my credit card. Policy is 10 days until the holds fall off after the total charge posts. So, I’ll never do that again! Also spa is hot. Heed the 10 min warning! :)

Overall is a great property. The only negative thing about our stay was the individual who checked us in was not friendly at all. She didn’t say “thank you, or welcome.” Her smile was not legit. And didn’t give any instructions about where to go for our room. This individual gave me bad impression. But overall, it is a great place to stay.
