Front desk and gift shop staff were amazing room was very nice the cafe staff were horrible the manager wasn’t helpful to her staff and stood around instead making it impossible to be sat or waited on being a server myself I found her to be inefficient at her job and should have helped her staff

Theyre was nothing i did not like. We had an issue with the tv and 2 guys were up to ny room in less than 2 minutes. Pool qas amazing. All around great stay
