The service at the bar was terrible for someone that just wanted to unwind out a couple drinks and do a little bit of gambling it was like pulling teeth to get a drink and they were not polite or friendly at all

Stay was great, the rooms were clean and the pool is amazing. If I had to give one negative it would be when I called down to housekeeping because the blanket that you cover up with got dirty from my son and I called down to get a new one and it was an Asian lady and she didn't speak great English and didn't understand what I was asking for, when we came back to the room hours later we still didn't have the new one.

Our room was large and comfortable. We asked for a room that was on a higher floor as well as far from the elevator. Both requests were granted. Everything was very clean. We had a fabulous view and no noise from the elevator. Staff we encountered were very courteous and friendly. Food at the Oyster Bar was great! We have stayed here many times, but this time may have been the best. (The only negative was pricing at the Starbucks was way too high and the staff there was not friendly or helpful.)
