"We stayed for 3 nights as we were visiting pur friend about 30 minures north. The area is in the heart of downtown Swansea city. Surrounding area is a bit noisy, bustling in the evening. The hotel interior hallways could use some updating, but could you could tell it was a very nice space in it's heyday. i appreciate that the hotel takes measures to conserve energy. Rooms use a keycard system to turn on electricity in the rooms, like in the EU. Hallways lights are operated by motion sensor - when I opened by room door the hallway was dark - which startled my wife - but when you step outside of your room into the hallway, it lights up completely. Our room was nice and clean, towels fresh, bed comfy - all we needed for our stay. We did have a lovely breakfast in the restaurant, which was delicious. A very nice stay."

"Staff were amazing and incredibly friendly. The check in and check out process were seamless and the breakfast was absolutely beautiful too. All the while being surrounded by gorgeous scenery and views! Thank you!"

"We found the staff to be very friendly and helpfull and the room was very comfortable . We only stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed a spell of fine,sunny weather but was disappointed by the lack of outside seating for enjoying an afternoon drink from the excellent bar."

The staff where absolute high class in there level of professionalism and very friendly also didn’t make you feel uneasy or unwanted there..
