"Handicap accessible rooms seemed actually accessible. I am not handicapped myself but I know people have problems with getting hotels to suit their accommodations. There is no step/ledge into the shower, rail behind and to the side of the toilet, and sink could also be used as one. The only part that could be better is that only one side of the bed and the middle of it is accessible by wheelchair, but able to walk to the other side. Price is beyond fair for the area and cleanliness, hall ways were a little dirty but that didn’t bother me. And I was able to get one of my rooms canceled with no cancellation fee on the same day because I double booked on accident. "

"The stay was quite nice in regards to the staff, rooms and cleanliness. The big negative was the lack of an elevator. It has been broken for 6 months and needs replacement. For young folks, that may not be a problem. For those of us approaching 70, it is a problem."
