My only disappointment was the picture indicated an additional sofa in the living area, my family of 4 had no where to relax after a long day of walking also I found the room to be dusty, I have allergies and it bothered me

This place met all my needs . This was my 1st time in Rome and would recommend this place highly! It was convenient to all places we wanted to go and allowed us a home feeling not hotel. My needs for transportation to/from airport were fantastic and the staff was very friendly. Place scores 20 out of 10 in my book. Thank your for a great experience

The patio is lovely for sitting and coffee . The two bedroom two bath is very comfortable. It’s great having a washing machine as we are on a multi week trip. Kitchen is adequately stocked to cook Location is good for walking . This was a great place to stay for our family of 4

Beautiful 3 level unit with 2 terrazzas! Quiet, clean and immersed in the middle of Rome. A little inconvenient to have to wait on staff to be able to check in but not a major issue. Would highly recommend.

All the positives and negatives other reviewers noted are true. Good location and very clean but lots of noise and a periodic sewer gas smell emanating from the bathroom. I strongly recommend NOT completing the quick check-in form. It requires payment of the tourist tax, but does not issue a receipt and apparently the payment doesn't show in their system. I will sort this out on the back end with my credit card company. The staffer on duty when we arrived was not helpful--wouldn't even hold a door when we managed our luggage-so we didn't waste our time discussing the issue. In retrospect, I'm very uncomfortable with this organization (Albergo di Russia Spa) having our personal info including full passport information and birthdates. The issues with the online check-in system were noted by many others and this company has chosen not to address a known issue. We also made a video of the apartment at check-out to avoid any other surprises since their rental contract sets very high fees for things like dirty towels.
