Location was great. It was convenient to go to everywhere including the termini. The hotel was classy, staff was nice and warm. Room was very quiet at night which we liked. The toilet pipe was old and it was easy to clog the pipe. Besides, room was pretty small.

All staff were very pleasant and helpful. Housekeeping staff very helpful with getting extra hangers and iron at short notice. Rooms were big as was bathroom. Great choice for breakfast and restaurant food was to a high standard and reasonably priced.

Good position. Staff friendly and good at what they all do, from the front desk to the restaurant and bar. Room cleaning staff excellent. Hotel is a period property but very well appointed and fresh. I really can’t fault it. I shall visit again.

Hotel is not in the middle of everything, but very conveniently located. It is very close to the Metro, with a bus stop within a few steps. Roma Termini is within walking distance. The buffet breakfast is very complete. Rooms are a bit on the smaller side. Staff will call a taxi for you if needed and we noticed sometimes this would be quicker than trying to get one on the app. We asked if we could leave a piece of luggage there until we returned from Florence and were told they couldn’t hold it since we weren’t staying there once we returned. So we just asked the other hotel where we would be staying at upon our return to Rome and they gladly held it for us. Overall, we recommend this hotel.

We stayed for 3 nights in October and really enjoyed our time there. The hotel is older but well kept, it has a lot of character and once you walk in you feel like you went back in time. The room was very clean and spacious and also very quiet. The location of the hotel is very central and you can walk to pretty much a lot of the main attractions. Would definitely recommend and stay again in my next trip to the eternal city of Rome.

Quirky Quirinale
Hotel is old but mostly well kept. The room was connected to another one. Floors creaked and could see light shining underneath connecting door. Staff were friendly but a lot were new and were in training so service was slow. The public rooms are ornate and the hotel has been modified over the years so is a little quirky.
