"The hotel is very well situation, close to the Bell Center, shopping, and sites we wanted to see. The hotel, while older, was generally well cared for. For me the highlight is the outdoor heated pool, which was a reason the hotel was selected. The staff were very professional and pleasant, although service at the bar was disappointingly slow (2 salads, 2 coctails). Finally, a few small things to improve in the rooms; the pillow comfort and the shampoo/conditioners didn't match the hotel quality."

"Very friendly service and English spoken. I had a single bed room initially but the tv didn't work, I got moved to another room which was a significant upgrade that made me quite happy. There was some construction going on next door to the property that started around 7:30 am that really shook the building. Not their fault tho but worth noting. Bed was very comfy."
