"I had 2 one night reservations in the past 8 days. There was a problem with one through no fault of the hotel. They were understanding and handled it better than I had hoped. Very few businesses like this exist anymore and I can’t wait to stay there again. The hotel was in an incredible central location and is very historic. It’s a neat way to experience a little historic charm in an amazing city. Do yourself a favour and just book this one. "
