The staff is polite. My room was large, but it was noisy. The walls are thin and I could hallway noise, running above me,the elevator, cars and planes. I did not think the hotel was this close to the airport. There is food available in the hotel, meals served 6-10. There is a Dennys, a small restaurant and a casino that serves food, all within the complex.

Check-in was quick and room was very clean. We faced hot water issue but staff was very responsive to resolve it quickly. Breakfast starts at 6 so we had to skip it to cack flights. It would be better to start breakfast at 5.

This is ideal for getting out of SJO (San Jose's main airport) in Costa Rica. They have a nice shuttle service and even have on-site car rental options for easy pickup and return of your car. You don't want to drive around San Jose if you can avoid it so the hotel is great. Breakfast was very good and service was good, as was the gift shop for last minute items. Will use this place again if I come back.
