Really loved how spacious the suite was! Lots of room to sleep plus hosting! Breakfast was really tasty and alot of different options. The location was perfect, the pool is very large and the water slide was amazing and kept kids busy for hours. Give this hotel a 9/10 overall. The ONLY thing i would recommend is cleaning the pool/hottub a bit more we found quite a few bandaids in the pool and the hot tub looked/felt a bit dirty on the bottem. But overall a great place to go!

Love this hotel, it's our favorite in Dartmouth crossing. Every Christmas we have a little family getaway for 3 days and Hampton Inn & Suites is the best. Imagine a hotel in a Christmas movie- that is what it is like. They play Christmas music all day long and the decor, especially by the fireplace is just so enchanting!! It's safe and so convenient to all the shops and restaurants!

The property advertised a hot tub but in fact the water jets in the hot tub were not working and haven’t worked for some time. I chose the hotel because I enjoy hot tubs so I was very disappointed.

Buffet breakfast was a dusaster. Maybe timing as it was busy but, we had to track down ckeaning cloth for our table and seats.Hygienge was non existant what a mess .spilled cereal all over. Complete chaos and i had my blind mom with me. Chaotic and wait times and unsuoervised kids presding eke ator buttons just fir fun while we were waiting to get into one. Long wait just to cook toast. Waited for food to be replenished.
