Great location and good price. It's right near big Sobeys store for groceries etc and MacDonalds - both I think open until 9pm. MacDonalds opens at 6am - great if catcing the 7am ferry to PEI. The parking lot coming in is a bit chaotic and our room was a bit run down. It can also be a bit noisy with main roundabouts at doorstop and hectic comings and goings. But absolutely great for anyone on road trip - and the Caribou to Wood Island (NS > PEI) car ferry.

This motel is in need of upgrading. The bathroom fixtures are updated but the rest of the bathroom and the main room is tired and in rough shape. The air conditioner is upgraded.

The room suited my purpose, inexpensive and it was very handy location, but room and property were old, dated, and would benefit from some simple updates eg unbroken TV, windows.

You Get What You Pay For
In need of a 'refresh' as a lot of stuff is a bit old, but can't really complain for the price paid ($104 + tax CDN). Woke to no wifi or tv which was apparently caused by an area outage, so not the property's fault. On the plus side; had a kitchenette w/dishes, utensils, etc & a Keurig coffee maker w/decent coffee.
