Close to Cedar Point causeway, decent breakfast
Simple hotel right around the corner from the causeway to Cedar Point. We stayed here 5 years ago, and since then they have cleaned up the rooms, so everything was fresh. They have a hot breakfast which was good on day 1 of 3 - with scrambled eggs and sausage, but day 2 and 3 they just filled the egg area with extra sausage.... but they did have the make your own waffles so that was good. The area outside the hotel is a little run down since most of the hotels are up on the highway, but if your looking for an inexpensive place near the causeway this place is great.

Only convenient and cheap hotel around the cedar point area. The check in process was fine but the hotel lobby smells like cigarettes. when we got to our room, we noticed that one of the light switches didn’t work. We then tried to take a shower and when we turned the shower on, there was not any running water. we then noticed that there was not any toilet paper and had to go back down to the front desk and ask for some. Beds were comfortable.

The building was slightly run down but the rooms were decent. I needed a place to stay over night and it isn’t anything special but it was a decent place to stay.

I loved my stay here! Breakfast was full of flavor with lots of options, waffles, eggs, sausage, all the drinks, etc. It was super quiet here and I really enjoyed everything about the stay. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, tons of tv channels, free internet, free parking, excellent stay!

Situated a few minutes from Cedar Point, it was a convenient last-minute stay option for our family. Rates were cheaper than other options in the area and for a motel, it was just fine. Room was clean, but walls and ceiling could use some love and staff was extremely friendly. Breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast. More than met my expectations.

The property is in pretty good shape , check in was quick and easy , one suggestion would be if the know the room is being rented they need to leave the ac on it took forever for the room to cool down. Overall would stay there again.

The rooms are very old, and it took about 2.5hrs for the air conditioner to work. Very close to restaurants, and Cedar Point. Felt safe, and there was laundry facilities there.

The front desk and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel location and room were perfect for our 3-night stay in Sandusky. We appreciated the hot/cold breakfast available each morning, but a little bummed there were no eggs or yogurt available. We experienced some loud guests in nearby rooms at 3 am one night, but overall we slept well.
