All staff was nice, but one person. One thig they have to make sure is that they put signs that there is not smoking even at the balconies in the hotel. But but over all everything was beautiful and nice.

A Hidden Gem in Puerto Rico – Wind Chimes Boutique Hotel My fiancé and I recently spent a week in Puerto Rico and chose to stay at Wind Chimes Boutique Hotel. The stunning photos and prime location—just minutes from both fantastic restaurants and a beautiful beach—immediately drew us in. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the charm of the property. The atmosphere is intimate and welcoming, offering an authentic local experience that we absolutely loved. Our only concern during the stay was quickly addressed by the attentive staff, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The level of service was exceptional, and the facilities were top-notch. Whether you’re looking for a cozy getaway or an immersion into the local culture, Wind Chimes Boutique Hotel is a must-visit. Without a doubt, we give 5 stars to the facility, 5 stars to the staff, and wholeheartedly recommend this incredible boutique hotel. Our stay was truly amazing!

Very comfortable stay and nice architecture. It's in a great neighborhood of Puerto Rico. Many places to go out and eat and have drinks. Also there is a beach literally a 5 minute walk from there. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely go back and stay here.

First let me say that the staff was most accommodating and were helpful every step of the way. One thing in the reviews that is really not addressed is that there are many restaurants and I mean whatever you crave, there’s a place to visit. If you enjoy quiet and serenely beautiful atmosphere, then this is the place for you. I know some people like the party and bars but if you seek relaxation, Wind Chimes is the place to be.
