"We loved this hotel, everyone was very nice and it wasn’t hard to communicate what we needed. The food was also very good. Breakfast was included and it was so nicely presented. I give it a ten, also helped that we had a balcony"

"We enjoyed friendliness from all staff members. The room was clean, the shower had great hot water flow and the wifi connection was flawless. Breakfast was good but some juices were too watered down. The swimming pool was located in a nice area and the bar terrace was lovely to chill at. "

The staff was incredibly friendly and no request seemed to be inconvenient (we were travelling with a baby and a child and they assisted me with cleaning and sterilizing my baby bottles and also were very quick to swap rooms when my child complained about being on the 14th floor as he is afraid of heights, so we were moved to the 1st floor). Breakfast was very delicious, it’s a buffet and there are varied options for all. Rooms were comfortable and clean. We also got a complimentary transfer to Guarulhos airport which was reliable and on time. I would return! "
