"We loved the location & the vibe there. The staff were excellent as well. Helpful & personable. The decor & layout were great too. The only thing I personally didn’t like was sleeping on the side near the window & climbing over my husband to get out of bed. Would’ve preferred to be able to get out on “my” side. Also would’ve liked something in the shower to put your foot on to shave your legs - just a personal preference. But all in all loved staying there. "

"This was our first time at a CitizenM Hotel. Overall, it was a very good stay. The staff are friendly and check in went smoothly. The room was very clean and the views from the 5th floor were great! The room is small but works for a long weekend stay. Bed and pillows were comfortable but I wish we had a top sheet and I didn’t like that I had to climb over my sleeping husband’s legs to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. There are many choices of restaurants in the area and a new high end restaurant will be opening next door soon. The T is directly across the street for a quick trip to the North End for a yummy Italian meal! Newbury St. has great shopping and food as well. "

"I really enjoyed my stay here. I’m obsessed with vintage properties so I knew what I was paying for. The front desk staff was excellent. Street parking was easy for me since I’m city parking savvy. The street noise also didn’t bother me because I’m From a major city. I loved the view of my studio suite and will absolutely stay again when in Boston. Thank you all who work at the Copley. "
