The staff were amazing. Helpful, personable and easy to work with. The breakfast cafe had really good selections and the staff again, were so good. The locks on my door didn’t work well, the carpeting in my room was filthy, and had sticky spots. No one bothered to empty my room garbages, so had garbage piled up when I left. But it was close to the light rail, and the staff made the stay really comfortable.

I was literally only there for 1 hour at the hotel and left the 2 key cards I got issued in the room as a way of checking out. Somehow, I get charged my $20 deposit which I will fight to get back since I recorded the whole night. I will present this issue to my lawyers if need be, as I feel this is an unnecessary way of trying to rip customers off. I literally moved the bed sheets and sat on the bed for 1 hour before leaving to meet up and stay with friends.
