The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was a table with signal by the check in saying "enjoy a complimentary apple cider" but the container was empty and no one to refill it. The $35 for parking was a surprise and excessive on top of the room price. The restaurant was good but the prices were very expensive.

The evening staff at check-in was not friendly and welcoming. The room would also have been more welcoming if it had courtesy bottled water, extra set of towels and more basic toiletries like a soap dish. After long hours of traveling the last thing a person wants to do is go and look for these things or request them from the unfriendly staff at the check-in desk. I travel often and stay at different hotels, I’ve stayed at other Hilton properties but this one was disappointing. Won’t be going back.

Decent Overall But Not Impressed
First time staying here. I had a room off in the concourse area (room 2117), so it was a bit of a walk. The room was spacious (two king beds) and overall quite comfortable. The shower, however, was mounted way too low (I'm average height - 5'11"). Not sure why but kind of annoying to have to bend down just to wash my hair. Additionally, the lighting in the bathroom was too dim (only one light and it was located above the vanity).

Very friendly service - tired hotel
This is the closest hotel to the airport which is why we chose it. It is under renovation and clearly needs it. It just felt tired and large. It was a long way to our room but once we were there it was quiet which was nice and much better than many airport hotels.

Beautiful hotel. Great staff and the room we stayed in was amazing. Spacious, clean and great amenities. Sadly the pool wasn’t operating and the gym was being renovated but highly recommend this property. Great value for money
