Loved the vibe of this hotel it was very nice, clean and the decor was very cool. Loved that it was within walking distance of Pike Place Market and some shopping which we took advantage of both. There is some homeless near the hotel where we saw people doing drugs, so it felt a little unsafe at times, especially walking our dog in this area as we were concerned about her picking something unsafe off the ground and ingesting it. Overall very happy with the hotel and its proximity to fun and interesting places to visit in the downtown Seattle area.

Fantastic stay here. Modern smaller but very comfortable and clean room. Shower was great! Restaurant was top notch. Service was amazing and food was too.

Stayed at Hotel Theodore for a conference. It is within walking distance to so many great spots! Pike Place Market, tons of restaurants, transportation, and even a Target! I did not eat at the restaurants at the hotel or use the amenities on the property. I did go to a Kracken game, went whale watching, and did some shopping. The bed was heaven! The room was a bit small and there wasn't much of a view but the TV is huge! Had a great time!

Such a cool hotel, loved the style and ambience of the entire place! The bar was great, we had some phenomenal drinks there & bartenders were fun. Really good location if you’re looking to be near pike place and the water. The bed was insanely comfortable!!

The hotel has a very cool vibe; nice decor and is well maintained. It is an older hotel, but in perfect condition and our room was large with a nice seating area. Easy to walk everywhere from this very central location.

Beautiful hotel! Loved the room, and they offer a complimentary glass of wine between 6-7 pm every night. Great atmoshpere and delightful drinks at RIDER. We will be visiting again!
