This property is fairly small, just 2 buildings set up motel style with small office for check in/out. Check in was quick and i went to my room on the second floor with a view of the mountains from my sliding door and balcony. The bedroom and bathroom were average. Just small things were a little odd. the lamps in the room were not plugged in and there was no hair dryer. However there was a microwave, small coffee maker and fridge. To say this place has laundry facilities is a joke. There are a coin operated washer and dryer outside under one of the stair cases that had leaves and debris in it. That being said, if you just need an economical spot to stay in sedona, this place was close to everythibg and seemed clean and safe. The police station is right behind it so i felt comfortable staying here as a solo female traveler

It’s bad experience and lot leaking in front of the door. Even I raised complaint there is no response. I was stayed with stinking whole night. It’s not worth to stay here.

our family of 4 stayed for 2 nights. the location was good with various markets and dining areas near by. However, upon arriving at our room, we found hairs underneath the dining table and dirt on the floor, and one of the blanket smelled like food. The staff really need to clean the suite well before accepting guests.
