Lovely stay! Walkable to the station and the convenience store is nearby. Great lobby where friendly staff welcome guests. The view is facing the subway rail but the noise was not really bothering than look.

Hotel was very clean, staff was great and amenities were nice. The only thing I really disliked was the air conditioning which was controlled by the hotel. You do have the AC control in the room but its useless due to hotel over rides it. You cannot put temperature lower then 25C/77F. I guess all Shilla Stays are like this in Korea.

Rooms are very clean and nice, but carpet and walls in common areas need replacing. Also outside needs a cleaning and gardening there are many dry branches. Location is great across the street from the green line subway.

The property was very clean, and is located in a very great spot! 5-10 minute walk to near by metro station (Line 2) and right across the street is Airport Limousine Bus stop! Right next door is a convenient store! The staff at the hotel were absolutely friendly and super accommodating to my situation. My husband wasn’t feeling well and was able to accommodate us to early check-in!

The room is very clean and very quiet in the evening. The shower stall is spacious and comfortable. There was no bathtub. The sockets are very loose, you should have adapters for 220V with thickened rods, 5.5 mm.

This is second time for staying here last year and this yeae. I liked clean and quiet room, comfortable bed and kind staffs. However the room temperature is really high . I don’t even know where to start with this. This has been my absolute worst experience at a Shillastay. So, I came to this property from Shillastay Yeoksam. I shared with the staff at check in that at my previous location I was barely able to sleep due to my room being next to the elevator and to please not give me a room in a busy area so I can finally rest. I could not sleep at all during my 4 nights here. The first two nights, there was a team of European athletes that were on my floors and constantly making noises and screaming in the hallways until midnight. I adjusted and just slept at midnight. When in Korea I have to wake up around 4:00 am to work on California time. Around 6 am… again loads noises on the hallway and I was even put close to a staff room where the service personnel was keeping supplies and the doors were constantly opening and closing. It was so, so noisy … Then, 2 days in a row the person who cleaned my room did not leave me any water. The fridge in my room was also not working and not closing all the time way so I lost good food due to it. Finally, the grand finale came on my last night there where a Korean couple or two co-workers (man and woman) were occupying the room where the European athletes had checked out of and they fought and screamed until 2 am. At 1:20 am I finally had to call the front desk because they were coming in and out of their room and banging the doors so loud my entire room was shaking. Never again!
