This was a nice property but not one of the best I've been to. The room was clean, I was just disappointed that my view of the road and it was a door that did not open. It was my birthday, I was at a minimum hoping for a balcony. The entertainment was subpar, the singer was not good. No major events during the week. It made for a lackluster stay.

The Westin Grand Cayman is a great place to get away! It offers a nice blend of luxury and relaxation. From the second we arrived we were greeted with warm, attentive service. The room was nice sized, and our view of the pool and ocean was great. We loved the proximity of the beach and pool. Seven Mile Beach is one of our favorite beaches in the world! We did a lot of water activities right off of the resort - snorkeling, paddle boarding, jet skiing and we rode the banana a couple of times. The pool area is great, and the food and drinks are top notch. Make sure to eat the seafood! Overall, the resort was really relaxing with great service. Great vibes! We would go back. A special shout out to Sherlando at the kids club and Brandon at the front of the house!

The Westin Grand Cayman is relaxed luxury at it's best. We enjoyed the layout of the pool opening into the beach. The bar overlooks the pool and has live music every night. We had a great experience at this property!

The property is poorly run. I had an issue at their poolbar grill for dinner and after complaining to front desk they did nothing. Turn down service is horrible. I had request it 3 times and wait 4 hours for them to freshen up the room and they left the dirty sheets on. They gave out expired half and half for the room. Room service was nice and quick. Overall experience I would give this hotel 3 stars maximum. I wouldn’t return.

Overall the Westin delivered on a nice beachside property with very friendly staff. Great location and super helpful employees. The hotel and facilities were generally clean however, the pool needs to be cleaned more often. There was usually a lot of debris in it. The bug problem seemed pretty well under control, but I did find a dead cockroach next to my bed the day we left. I would recommend it overall but just be aware of these cons.
