"Lovely stay and great location Booked a standard twin room although room pretty cosy with a tiny bathroom just about enough room to close the door without hitting the loo However the location is great as it a ten minute walk to gunwharf quays and ten minutes down to the sea Staff friendly and areas all tidy and clean Yes I will come back but will book a bigger room next time. Didn’t have breakfast as they have increased the price to £16.95 which I think is too dear they no longer let you buy a discounted voucher in advance. "

"Fantastic little hotel. Fresh, clean and cosy interior. I was the only one staying in the hotel but the staff couldn't have been anymore friendly. Out of the 30+ hotels I've stayed at this year, this is by far the best nights sleep I've had out of them all. 10/10"

"Easy free parking, waterside location, nice room, good breakfast, good access to South Downs and coast. The only thing I would suggest to improve is that swimming pool water is hot, comfortable for old people getting in but makes actual swimming for exercise sluggish."
