We had an awesome stay and enjoyed the Oberoi hospitality at it's best. Dining was great. It was nice to go to the sister property and dine there as well.

The Cecil is an amazing property- which is an oasis only ten- fifteen minutes away from Mall Road. Everyone from check - in, restaurant and check out was excellent! The lounge was absolutely our favorite place to hang out. We will most definitely return.

Amazing hospitality at Cecil Oberoi Shimla
Stay was amazing, specially the hospitality of Ms Ankita on arrival and then Shri Rajkumar, the Chef and his team members Ujjawal, Abhi, Thakur , also the Pianist Mr Ravish. It will be incomplete if I don’t mention the name of Akshay and FD Manager Deepika. All worked tirelessly to make their guests comfortable. Hats off to all members in Cecil including Sukhvinder who helped in parking the vehicle properly and safely. I really thank the Cecil team for their dedication.

The Cecil Oberoi has it all! Luxury, outstanding service, a full set of facilities in a setting of outstanding natural beauty. The staff go out of their way to be welcoming and helpful. This vintage heritage hotel with its matching standard of 5* service could have the potential to seem intimidating, however somehow they combine all this with a friendly atmosphere which makes all guests - even the youngest - feel at home. There is a dedicated area situated on a lower floor given over as an activity centre for children’s games and play. The rooms are supremely comfortable (oh, those pillows and linens!) and a room with a valley view provides a spectacular vista at dawn and dusk! The glass-fronted, heated, indoor pool provides a relaxing space to wind down after a day’s hike. Sheer luxury. Highly recommend.
