This hotel is over priced and outdated. They start vacuuming the halls at 9am being very loud. Also our bathroom light was broken, and the vent beside the bed is hanging off the wall.

Nice place to stay. People were nice. Room was clean and quite recent. Nice swimming pool. Food at restaurant was good and the waitress was really nice.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The gym was fantastic, everything anyone could need. Pool and sauna also on site. Convenient location. Room was nothing fancy but it was all we needed for the 1 night.

Pictures are not up to date. Terrible pillows.
I remember this place used to have a hot tub and steam room, so I checked the pictures before I booked. The hotel pictures showed the hot tub and steam room. But when I got to the hotel, the hot tub is no longer there, and the steam room has been boarded up. Also, the worst pillows I have ever slept on. My fault for forgetting to bring my own.

Couldn't have been any better!!!
We were quite surprised. Everything was excellent and we even received a personal welcome call. The restaurant on site is an awesome pub with fabulous food. We will be back for next year's Norfolk Festival!!!! 🤘🤘🤘

Staff have been friendly. Enjoyed the pool to ourselves. Not many staying here on a Sunday night but we still managed to be put in a room below people making noise and walking around. Hopefully we can get some sleep. Disappointing for how much we paid.
