Nice Hotel
The hotel was very good indeed. However, there was no evening food available on Mon, Tue or Wed. On the eco front, we seemed to get new towels everyday, despite the towels being back on the rack. The staff were all very polite and efficient and breakfast was fine.

Clean and friendly hotel. The MRT station is a long walk away but there is a bus stop right outside the hotel going to the station. Breakfast was good, not as a five star hotel but all we needed.

A Healthy Stay
My sister and I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites for 10 days while I recovered from surgery. On our second day at breakfast, we were warmly greeted by the ever-cheerful Mr. Allan Yeo and Anna Ngyen. They consistently asked how I was feeling and wished me a speedy recovery. Their genuine concern made me look forward to breakfast each day. Another friendly staff member is Ms. Maureen, who handles guest registration. She truly makes a difference in our check-in experience.

Our stay was good overall. The room was clean and comfortable. All the staff members were very helpful and professional in their conduct. We had a lightning issues in our room and they address it right away and when itnwas discovered that it would take some time to resolve they actually moved us toba different room that was an upgrade from our previous room. The food was very good overall. We certainly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a good place to stay.

Efficient check in. Staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent complimentary breakfast. Competitive priced lunch and dinner with hotel guest discount. Guest have complimentary use of pool and gym. Bottle water is complimentary. Rooms are perfectly adequate in size. Air conditioning is individually controlled in each room. The nearest train station is approximately 15 mins walk which is challenging in the heat and humidity. There is a bus stop near the hotel. If we visit Singapore again we would be happy to stay here again

We stayed at this place for 7 nights. Very clean and convenient area. Staff was very helpful in giving us directions to places or any information we needed. Richard at the front desk was very accommodating great customer service. He was our go to person. Thank you Richard. Housekeeping staff was amazing. Breakfast was the best. Lots of choices for vegetarians. Will definitely stay there again if visiting Singapore.
