The service in this hotel is terrible! I had issues with room cleanliness, and general responsiveness of the housekeeping. The reception staff is very non responsive and takes a long time for them to act on anything. It’s a shame as really liked staying at this hotel and won’t stay going forward.

This hotel was awesome! The room was clean and just enough space to sleep and relax. My partner and I are tall (I’m 6’2” and he’s 6’10”) so we were worried about the spacing. Yes it was small but we had enough room to do what was needed. We stayed for 2nights. Breakfast at the restaurant was great. I highly recommend including breakfast with your stay. It was walking distance to other restaurants, stores and a laundry mat less than a mile away. I also found a dollar store not too far to grab snacks and toiletries. The staff was great as well. I’ll definitely book this spot again.

The room was small but the bed was comfortable. The room was mostly dark since one othe light by the nightstand didn’t stay on. Nice slippers. It’s okay for 1-2 nights but not longer. I was frustrated by night 3 since I felt like I WBA’s sitting in darkness every night.

I have booked premier loft it was nice and awesome. But they should have put some paint or paintings on the wall near the stairs going up to the loft. I love the idea of loft, aside from that front desk staff was very accomodating and the cleaning staff too. With all the complimentary drinks i think its great and awesome.

Hotel staff surely needs more training and the hotel needs to do more both in the property and the f&b outlet. Given a 4 star property I am surprised that I have to get drinking water myself at the lobby instead of housekeeping sending it up and the quantity is limited to 2 a day. The AI system in the room, woke me up at 5.15am playing its own music suddenly and not responding to my calls. Creepy much.

Booked queen bed but got double bed very uncomfortable. When asked the front desk was told we had superior room 😱😱Room is super small no room to put suitcases. Shower is also too small my husband can’t even close the door. Stay at M hotels in other cities before. A month in Asia this is the worse hotel experience in the whole trip.👎

So far it's great to have a staycation at dis hotel but I'm as a local Singaporean.Me and my future happy to have a nice place to relax although dis place we can afford to stay for 2 days and I can't deny dat a lot of expat and tourist like to stay here cause of gd location.Wat im not satisfy is I been given a voucher for 2 welcome drinks.I thought they will send me to my room but they ask me to take at the rest.So I did but to my disappointment,nobody attend to me although I can see some waiter juz stand beside the table and see the customer eat their lunch.They dun bother to come and ask me while I'm still waiting at the counter.so it's k I juz left and dat evening I left the place and juz gave back the voucher to the recept..so overall the stay is great..
