I stay here a lot and sadly this time it was disappointing. When I arrived last night there was no chair for the desk in my room.I went down to front desk and they insisted that chairs were not supplied as standard. This morning they admitted there should be a chair, but it made working in my room last night difficult. Lunch in the restaurant was very disappointing and again staff not helpful. A great shame, I love staying here...but not this time - David Linton Rm 962

Great stay - staff were helpful and including breakfast was a huge plus. Lots of good restaurants nearby and if you are in the mood, an easy walk to Clarke Quay and the Merlin. Close to the MRT which makes it so easy to get to anywhere on the island👍

Rooms are very cozy ., enough for me and my husband.. love how room service always clean and stock up our stuff.. Location is very quiet and in the middle of both marina and sentosa ., thanks for the receptionist Wei who always assist us to get to places.. Hotel is along waterfront and have lots of places to eat .. We included breakfast in our booking which is at beast and butterfly ., Thanks to Armando who always greet us with a smile .,

Such a great hotel, right price, right location, comfortable rooms and fast elevators. But stay after stay your staff absolutely ruin the experience - are you facilitating a workplace culture where customers are the enemy? The attitude of not wanting to help at the front desk. The general disrespect of not answering the phone when trying to call for help. You request an item to your room and 30 minutes later it appears with the staff member smelling like their cigarette break (actually happened during multiple stays). Your team don't want to be there, and they don't care for the customers. It ruins what is an incredible facility.

The hotel rooms are a bit cramped, but since we only needed two nights before our cruise, it was sufficient. The Quay area is okay, but it needs more investment to restore its former glory. However, you can still find some fantastic restaurants within its boundaries. The hotel also offers early check-in for a fee, which is a great option if you arrive at 6 am.

The property is in a nice area and close to the river. The pool is a decent length althoguh not great for lap swimming. The restaurant and bar are trendy and fun. However rooms are very small and if travelling as a couple.woth 2 large suitcases then expect it to be very tight

Cool buy starting to show it's age
Very cool location and the high ceilings add a spacious feel to the room. I loved my little outdoor courtyard. It's starting to get a little worn though. Power sockets and fixtures are getting scruffed. Rooms can be dark, but maybe that's a good thing in Singapore as the lack of sunlight keeps the temperature down. Chromecast connection in the room would expire after about 10 min so forget about watching a movie. There's also some outsourcing to the guest. Eg. Checking in and out they will send you a webform to do it yourself even even you're so the desk. Despite my nitpicking. It's a cool hotel and I was made to feel very welcome. I would consider staying there again
