"The hotel staff were so friendly and accommodating. We were asked if there was anything we needed every time we walked out of room. I would strongly suggest staying here, i actually just booked it again for a last minute trip."

"All of the staff and the manager are very helpful and kind. Met our needs with whatever we asked. We like the kitchen-space and the desk / dinette space. Missing a light over the sink, and the office chair was stuck very low that my wife couldn’t use it. But overall a comfortable and safe accommodation, with friendly staff."

"Great little hotel, also shared with a local hospital and functioned as the sleep clinic so it was really quiet at night. My only disappointment was that there was no electric car charger, but that's hotel.com's fault, not the facility's."

"This place is always great to stay at when I'm traveling the next day from Cleveland Hopkins. Nearly renovated rooms a great breakfast in the morning. Love the park stay and fly option with the shuttle. Place is very clean and room rates are always affordable even on a weekend night"
